# Product documentation

DJI Luggage (PT. DJI Travel Product Indonesia) manufactures hard-shell luggage in Bogor, West Java. This documentation holds the numbers our buyers work from: body dimensions, materials, fittings, test protocols, carton data and the items still open for confirmation.

## Start here

- **Hajj set 1446H / 2025M** — 26" checked case and 18" carry-on, full body specification.
- **Carton and packing** — Board grade, printing, carton dimensions.
- **Quality testing** — Test protocols with results, and which certificates we do and do not hold.
- **Factory and capacity** — Location, lines, monthly output, mould capability.
- **OEM process** — Sampling, tooling, production timeline and customisation options.
- **Order terms** — Minimum order quantity, tooling, trade terms, revision policy.
- **Open items** — Everything marked "to be confirmed" — and what unblocks it.

## How to read these pages

- **Body dimensions** are measured on the shell only, in millimetres, with wheels excluded. State that when comparing against another supplier — most publish overall height including the trolley.
- **Materials and fittings** are listed as built, not as options. Any substitution is a written change, not a verbal one.
- **Test results** are listed only where we hold a report. Everything else is marked open rather than filled with a plausible number.
- **Certificates** are named exactly as they are. A sample report is not a certification, and a registration in progress is not a certificate.

## Audience

These pages are written for procurement and quality teams placing production orders. Prices, quantities and commercial terms live in the quotation, not here.
