# OEM process

## Timeline

| Stage | Duration |
| --- | --- |
| Sampling | 7–15 working days |
| Production (bulk) | 25–55 days |
| New mould, end to end | ~80 days — 10 days to cut, 25 days to ship the mould, 45 days production |

> **80 days is not a production lead time**
>
> The \~80 day figure is the whole path for a **new mould**. It is not what we quote as bulk production lead time, and the two should not be added together.

## Minimum order quantity

100 pcs per SKU, counted by colour × size combination.

## What can be customised

| Item | Options |
| --- | --- |
| Branding on shell | Metal badge, silkscreen, paint, laser, printed lining, custom puller |
| Packaging and documents | Carton mark, barcode, hang tag, instruction sheet, PE bag, certificate of origin |

## Warranty

One year as standard, adjustable to what the buyer needs. The agreed period goes on the order documents, not on this page.

## How an order runs

1. **Specification**

Body dimensions, material, fittings and packing are written into a specification sheet. Anything undecided stays marked open rather than being filled in.
2. **Sampling**

A sample is produced and tested. Test results come back as a report on that sample.
3. **Confirmation**

The specification sheet is signed as an annex to the invoice. From here, material and fitting changes need written agreement from both sides.
4. **Production**

Bulk production runs 25–55 days from confirmation. In-process and pre-shipment inspection apply.
5. **Shipment**

Carton marking, documents and certificate of origin are issued against the agreed trade term.

## Documents you will receive

Certificate of origin (COO / SKA: Form D, Form E, RCEP, IJEPA, ICO), packing list, and the test report for the tests that were run. What we do not have, we do not issue.
