# Order terms

## Minimum order quantity

**100 pcs per SKU.** Not per order, not per container — per SKU.

> **Not printed on the annex**
>
> The MOQ does not appear on the specification sheet. It is a commercial term and belongs in the quotation. If you see a figure like "30,000 pcs per size" on a quotation, that is the quantity the offer was priced at, not the minimum we will produce.

## Tooling {#tooling}

26" and 18" are outside our existing mould range (20 / 24 / 28 inch). Both sizes need tooling before production. Tooling lead time, cost and which parts can be shared with existing moulds are all open — see [open items](/open-items#tooling).

## Trade terms

Trade term is stated on the invoice and on the annex header. It is not implied by this documentation. Two things are commonly confused and are worth naming explicitly:

- Whether the price includes Indonesian export duty and import duty at destination.
- Whether it includes inland transport to your warehouse.

Ask for the term in writing before the order is placed. Whatever is agreed is what the invoice will say.

## Revision policy

| Item | Rule |
| --- | --- |
| Current season | 1446H / 2025M |
| Dimensions after season change | Re-checked against the drawing; not carried forward automatically |
| Material or fitting change | Agreed in writing by both parties |
| Status of this documentation | Restatement of the signed annex, not a substitute for it |
