How an order runs

  1. Specification

Body dimensions, material, fittings and packing are written into a specification sheet. Anything undecided stays marked open rather than being filled in.

  2. Sampling

A sample is produced and tested. Test results come back as a report on that sample.

  3. Confirmation

The specification sheet is signed as an annex to the invoice. From here, material and fitting changes need written agreement from both sides.

  4. Production

Bulk production runs 25–55 days from confirmation. In-process and pre-shipment inspection apply.

  5. Shipment

Carton marking, documents and certificate of origin are issued against the agreed trade term.

Documents you will receive

Certificate of origin (COO / SKA: Form D, Form E, RCEP, IJEPA, ICO), packing list, and the test report for the tests that were run. What we do not have, we do not issue.
